Community Association AGM

The Community Association’s annual general meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 19 at 7 PM. Due to logistical issues this is a revised date and overrides the date noted in the community bulletin.

Due to community center construction, the meeting will be held in the library at St. Paul’s High School (Draper Ave).

Community Day 2011

Due to the demolition/construction in Nanaimo Park, this year’s Community Day will be held at Valley Stream Park (June 18).

Arrangements for Community Programs

During site remediation of the oil contamination and rebuilding of the CC the following programs will be moved:

After School Program: 
Effective November 1, 2010 the after school program will be run out of Grant Alternative School on Draper Ave.  The afternoon bus stop at 25 Esquimault Dr will be temporarily relocated to the Grant Alt. school site until the end of the 2010/11 school year.

Playgroup Program: 
Effective Nov 1, 2010 the Playgroup will be run out of St. John the Apostle Church, 2340 Baseline Road.

Bridge Club:
Effective Nov 1, 2010 bridge club will be held at the Redwoods Retirement Residence 2604 Draper.

Yoga, Pilates, Karate, Tai Chi and so on:
Effective Nov 1 2010, all other programs will be run out of the Nepean Creative Arts Centre, studio 10,  located at 35 Stafford Road.
