Dogs in our community parks (update) 

City of Ottawa policy for dogs in parks is available here. Dogs are not allowed in Nanaimo Park. Dogs are allowed on leash in Mohawk, Qualicum, and Okanagan parks. Owners are reminded that they must remove dog waste and dogs are not permitted within 5 metres of children’s play areas.

Tai Chi Classes:

Tai Chi is a slow moving progression of specific exercises which can improve your coordination, posture and flexibility. The class will be taught by Chao, who also teaches Saturday morning Pilates at the Community Centre.
