Qualicum - Graham Park is a community of 628 homes in the City of Nepean. It is a well established, attractive community with generous lawns and mature trees. The median of its namesake street, Qualicum Street, is particularly pleasant. Graham Creek meanders diagonally across the neighbourhood. There are three major parks in the community (Nanaimo, Mohawk, and Cowichan) as well as greenbelt on its western edge.

Qualicum - Graham Park is "south of Bayshore". It is bounded by the Queensway to the north, Baseline Road to the south, Richmond Road to the west, and (approximately) Beaumaris Drive to the east. With both the 416 and the 417 at our doorstep, traffic access is a breeze (but traffic issues need be monitored). The Queensway Carleton Hospital is also conveniently at our doorstep. map (117k - i.e. big)
It is a community of active people and growing families. The Community Association is made up of volunteers who take a responsible interest in community life. Additional volunteers are always encouraged. Please come out and see what you can do for our community.
Each year volunteers plan and stage a "Community Day", in early June, and a Winter Party, in February. Both of these are held in Nanaimo Park, next to the Community Centre. Further, many ongoing programs are held in the Community Centre. An Annual General Meeting of the association as well as meetings to address any current issues are also held in the Community Centre (at 25 Esquimault Avenue).
